• Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days

Express Delivery:

• Available for select locations within 24 hours (Additional charges may apply).

3. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: Starts from ৳60 (depends on weight & size).
• Outside Dhaka: Starts from ৳100 (varies by location & package size).
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over ৳2000 (terms apply).

4. Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
• Use the tracking ID to monitor your order’s real-time status.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability:

✔️ A second attempt will be made.
✔️ If undelivered again, the order may be canceled (charges may apply for re-delivery).

6. International Shipping
