It works by narrowing the small blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose. This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Indication: Sinusitis, Hay fever, Common cold, Acute or chronic rhinitis, Nasal congestion Adult Dose: Nasal Nasal congestion Adult: Instil 2-3 drops or sprays in each nostril twice daily for 3-5 days.
