It is used to treat various allergic conditions such as hay fever, conjunctivitis and some skin reactions, and reactions to bites and stings. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dyno may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. How Dyno works: Dyno is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.
